Paula Roush (England)


  Paula Roush is a London-based artist and founder of msdm [mobile strategies of display & mediation]. The label msdm proposes a co-laboratorial space for art practices that use, promote and investigate mobile strategies of display and mediation. Her work is an open intersection of different media, including para-arquitecture, sound, video, photography, text, posters, installations, computer gaming, web streaming, public interventions and curating. Her recent exhibitions have been organized at the GAK (Bremen, 2001), the Bauhaus Foundation (Dessau, 2001), the City Gallery (Prague, 2001) and the Living Art Museum (Reykjavik, 2001). Paula Roush is currently a part-time lecturer with the Arts Management programme at the Birkbeck College / University of London, teaching a module about artistic practices in community settings.
