Ron Sakolsky (US)


 

Ron Sakolsky is a scholar of music, revolution and radio. For more than 20 years he taught courses at Sangamon State University on everything from Organizing for Peace and Justice to Workplace Democracy and World Music. He is the editor of several anthologies, Sounding off: Music as Subversion/Resistance/Revolution (Autonomedia, 1995), Seizing the Airwaves: Free Radio Handbook (co-edited with Stephen Dunifer, AK Press, 1998) and Surrealist Subversions: Rants, Writings and Images by the Surrealist Movement in the United States (Autonomedia, 2002).
