Born 1973, studied philosophy and sculpture. Co-founded Institutio Media with Mindaugas Gapsevicius in 1998. Institutio Media, which has no real place, but was founded in Vilnius, is an attempt to transfer the structure of an institution to the Internet and study its functioning. The institution includes a mailing list, web magazine, and internet radio.
