The Central Office of Technical Culture, C.U.K.T. was established in 1995 as a meta-national institution making real manifestations in socio-political life, contributing to educational programs, using its own stamps and official parapernelia, and collaborating with other local and national institutions, from schools to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.For the past 5 years, C.U.K.T. has had their own presidential candidate. During the last election they promoted the virtual candidate Victoria C.U.K.T. at techno parties as a response to the political apathy among young people. | |
